Rationale
- As an adjunct to assessment in order to consolidate
the results
- Prior to coaching in order to refine the issues at
stake for the subject
- In the context of constructing and developing a team.
Methodology
- Conducted individually with a certain number of people
(usually between 6-10 selected from colleagues, subordinates, superiors) a
series of interviews to assess the personal and professional functioning of an
individual.
- Develop a summary of these interviews
- Conduct a feedback session with the individual in
order to obtain and understand his analysis of the relevant information.
